Paw Patrol Funding…

Paw Patrol Funding…

Something has been troubling me.   It has been on my mind for a while.  Paw Patrol funding…How does Ryder get the funds needed to keep Paw Patrol up and running?

Any parent with a young boy or girl probably has heard of Paw Patrol For those who haven’t let me give you a brief synopsis from their site.

“Led by 10-year-old Ryder, the plucky pups of PAW Patrol are rescue dogs in training. Each pup is inspired by a real-world job like a firefighter, police officer, and construction worker. When trouble strikes Adventure Bay, they’re there to save the day! Whether it’s a cat in a tree or a train off the tracks, they always find a way to help those in need.”

Humor me…

First of all, Ryder is 10.  Should he not be in school?  He often interacts with the Mayor of Adventure Bay.  Why is Madame Mayor not insisting he finish his education?  Along with that, where are his parents?  Are they not concerned that their son is gone all hours of the night and day?

Second…where does Ryder get the funds to run a fully operational command center, which is Look Out Tower, with the latest technology.  On top of his command center, he also has the Paw Patroller which is like a command center on wheels!  Not to mention the gear each of his many pups uses on a daily basis.

Third, where is PETA?  These pups are being made to work day and night in dangerous situations?  Have they been fully OSHA trained?  Are they aware of the risks involved in these jobs?  They are pups in training.  Training for what?  The end of the world as we know it?

Lastly, why has there never been an investigation to the safety of Adventure Bay?  There seem to be a lot of “accidents and mishaps” for such a small town.  I believe there is mischief afoot here!

Do you have a kid that loves Paw Patrol?

Very funny , when you start thinking along that line it shows that you are adult not a kid !

  4. Zvonimir

Very true about any superhero world

  5. The best part about it is the children have no idea when they watch it, they don’t question anything – but if we add the slightest bit of onion to their pasta sauce they notice that!!!!

That is so true!!! They cant find the sock right in front of them but boy you try to hide one small pice of fruit someplace. Suddenly Jedi skills!

  6. i’ve watched Paw Patrol with my friends son and I guess these are child pups with an active imagination at break time and on weekends, playing under close supervision with miniature toys pretending they are real rescue pups…..not really given it too much thought lol #triumphanttales

  7. This made me chuckle. I thought far too in depth about Postman Pat once – how on earth he hasn’t lost his job by now is beyond me! Thanks for sharing with #TriumphantTales.

Ryder is a high IQ student who was given a choice between an accelerated university track, or taking part in a “Future Leaders Initiative” where he can continue regular schooling, but spends the majority of his time and effort on the Paw Patrol programme.

Paw Patrol can also be seen as an experiment in public value, as instead of funding Police, Fire and Rescue as separate services with their own infrastructure and administration, it’s instead packaged as an entirely vertically integrated public service.

Paw Patrol is in majority funded by public taxes at the Federal level. Individuals rescued by Paw Patrol are expected to pay a small percentage towards the rescue service. Paw Patrol does not receive any other private funding and does not advertise or accept private sponsorship. -That’s why you won’t see dog food adverts on the side of the Paw Patroller.

It’s safe to say Adventure Bay is one of the lucky few jurisdictions to host the Paw Patrol programme, but we simply don’t hear about them, nor do we know how many other towns and cities have it.

If Ryder is successful and the pups are fully trained, he / they will have the option to matriculate to national level emergency response organizations such as FEMA, National Guard or FBI leadership or some other high risk, high stress hands-on role.

I applaud you for taking the time to figure this out. This has to be one of the best comments I have read! I must say Adventure bay is an idyllic place to live for the scenery alone. Where else can you find helpful pups who can rally supports from the whales and various other animal life? With the exception of a few cats of course! I want to live in a place where the worst thing that can happen is a ruined Melon Festival!
